Despite being in poor health, Steve Jobs took the stage on March 2 to unveil the long awaited sequel to the wildly popular Apple iPad, promising a "thinner, lighter, faster" iPad 2 sporting over 10 hours of battery time and the ability to use the Apple iPhone's Facetime feature, which is a big request by Apple fans and something oddly left out in the first iPad.

I really like the features that Apple upgraded on the iPad. Unfortunately I was too impatient and I bought the first generation iPad because I wanted to be able to stream live TV. I work for Dish Network and that is basically all I use my iPad for just watching TV and surfing the internet. If I had an iPad 2 then my video playback would be a lot clearer and it wouldn't take as long for the Dish remote app to connect to my Sling Adapter at home.
